The property is amazing, the rooms are very big, the shower is extremely comfortable, the towels are fluffy, the rooms are new and cauper clean, the ammenities are high quality, there are free snacks and water replenished every day and free lemonade on the lobby (which I really liked), and candy on the weekends. The staff is extremely friendly. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere downtown and South Boston, and close to public transpostation if you want to go somewhere else.

8/10 Ideal location for exploring Boston
The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting Boston as a tourist! The staff at the desk were very helpful and the amenities in the room were a lovely touch. Our room was decent size too and nice and quiet!

10/10 wonderful accommodation, miserable room view
I chose this hotel because it is 1 minute away from Boston Ballet which was the main reason for this trip. So the location was perfect for me. Then I took a stroll into the surrounding area and I found the location of the hotel even more wonderful.
The room itself was very comfortable. The bathroom is well designed and spacious. The view however, was miserable.
All the employees that I met were courteous and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

6/10 beautiful hotel in prime location with terrible management and bartender
I was upgraded to a deluxe room and it was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was clean and pretty but the bartender over charged us for drinks and argued with us and the manager was rude. I loved the location but I wouldn't come back. The manager said she would review the cameras and call me back but never did. They still over charged us.

Nice location. Kind and attentive staff. Very accommodating. The hotel lobby, bar, attached coffee house was really appreciated. Pretty hotel. For the east coast, rooms were ample in size. Had small refrigerator, water and snacks included, very nice touch. I recommend The Godfrey for your stay.

10/10 Amazing Service
This was the best stay I have ever had. The service I received was exceptional. Shasha took incredible care with my room and my belongings, and was incredibly friendly when we would pass in the halls. The only part of my stay that I didn't like was the shower; it had no door or curtain so the floor got all wet. And the shampoos did not agree with my hair one bit. But those are my only complaints and would certainly not deter me in booking my next stay here. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

It’s a beautifully renovated old building. I really liked that with your room you get a drink and complementary snacks. They weren’t trying to upsell you on every small thing like so many properties.

10/10 Home away from home
Highly recommend the Godfrey hotel in Boston .
The beds are super comfy ,the rooms are clean & the staff is so accommodating!
After going just one time the valet remembered us & are always so helpful . If you are lucky enough to meet Fidan you will understand what I mean . He truly goes above & beyond to make your stay special . We have stayed on three separate occasions & each time we have had a relaxing stay .

10/10 Nice hotel with some extras but not the usual items you would expect.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a real plus since parking is limited in the area. Drink tickets and in room water/snacks were a nice touch.

10/10 Great stay- super comfy! Best sleep ever!
Fantastic stay- slept like a baby. My husband and I commented on how relaxed and refreshed we felt this morning . Great pillows, and super comfy bed.
Snacks and drinks in room were available. They were kind and gave us drunk vouchers. So we grabbed a drink before dinner and the theater. Great location, very safe, quiet and the staff were very nice.

We booked an executive corner room and I requested a high floor in my booking notes. They honored my request and we got the top floor, floor 11. It was my husband’s birthday, that was the treason for our trip to Boston, so they sent up a bottle of Prosecco to the room.

10/10 Great stay!
Arbon and the valet were so kind not to mention quite handsome. They opened doors, were so courteous and attentive. The hotel was clean, shower pressure was perfect and the free drink was a great touch! The bartender was very welcoming and even brought me a tooth brush and tooth pick when he heard me complaining about food in my teeth. Great stay!

10/10 Weekend break
This is my second time staying here. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport. The facilities are great and the staff were very obliging.
We had a late flight on the way home and were given a late checkout free of charge. They also provided snacks and water in the room which was a nice touch

Lovely hotel and so central, the location couldn't have been better. The staff went above and beyond for us, allowed us an early check in and late check out no problem, offered us free drink vouchers for the bar upon check in and the rooms were so modern and clean. Will def rebook on my next trip to Boston

Location is perfect near all the shops and a short walk to North End.
We stayed for our anniversary and the hotel had a lovely added touch of some prosecco chocolate and card left in our room.
Staff were all so accommodating and friendly.

10/10 Weekend of theater at the Godfrey.
Attentive, friendly and competent staff. Great location, especially for events in the theater district or when access to the orange, red or green line T lines are high priority. Plenty of fine restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Truly excellent customer service! The front desk was so friendly and helpful...I thought I was at a bed and breakfast but the facility was 4 star in the heart of Boston activity. A quick walk to the theater district. Could put up a sign to locate the ice maker ..

Loved our stay at this hotel. Arbon took really good care of us he is amazing and gentleman. Check in and check out was really smooth. Hotel is walking distance to everything. The room was beautiful and a great view. Will be back in the summer to explore more of the city
