Hatke, Ardit, and Arbon demonstrate re...We have enjoyed staying at The Godfrey Hotel, Boston, a few times a year for the past 6 years. The staff’s guest service level has been consistently exemplary. Hatke, Ardit, and Arbon demonstrate repeatedly the hospitality that keeps us returning. On this particular visit we were warmly greeted by Ira at the front desk, and Tarrell was wonderfully engaging while tending to each and every one of his guests at the lobby bar. We have observed that the staff are as attentive to us, as repeat guests, as they are to first time visitors. The housekeeping staff is equally customer focused and friendly. Line management in this hotel is clearly doing something right. The location is great! It is an easy transfer from Boston Logan Airport via Boston Public Transportation, known by locals as ‘The T’. It is also an affordable Uber/Lyft drive from the airport (depending on the hour of day). Once comfortably relaxed at the hotel, many of Boston’s attractions are within walking distance or a short ride on The T or an Uber/Lyft drive for less mobile guests. George Howell Coffee Roasters and Ruka Restobar are adjacent to the hotel and round out the entire Godfrey experience.Show More

Immediately when walking in I was taken aback by how sleek, ...The Godfrey Hotel was an amazing place to stay. It was my friends and my first time in Boston and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Immediately when walking in I was taken aback by how sleek, open, and inviting the space is. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. The staff that works here takes great pride in providing top-tier hospitality. Especially Arbon, who helped us search our hotel room for a pair of missing glasses. The entire time we had the pleasure of interacting with him, he shared stories of his life, and was incredibly charming. I’m sure that all the staff are just as attentive, but Arbon is the embodiment of “going-above-and-beyond”, and his service was the cherry on top for this wonderful trip! All in all, I had an amazing time in Boston, and at The Godfrey. I can’t wait to come back!Show More

The Room was Great, The Hotel Staff were even Greater and the Location was good. When I got to my room, I had requested an item and within me getting off the phone and me turning around, there was a knock at my door, and the gentleman gave me my item I requested. Great Place to stay. Basically, I liked Everything, and they even had a Little Breakfast / Lunch place that had great breakfast items.Show More
