The Staff does an amazing job, very polite very thorough very helpful. They actually take pride in a place such a nice thing to see..
why not five star. Well for some reason it seems we could not find Fox News. We inquired and blamed Comcast. Now I don’t know why the number one show in the USA is not available. As we like to read and watch a variety of different things.. it’s just very odd and in all our travels we have never encountered such. Like it is blacked out. Yotel please respond , staff said they cannot fix it , it is always like that ?
Big kudos to the staff they do their absolutely best with what they have to work with.
Room 1111 is excellent very clean and comfortable views amazing, I was a big loud for sing at these days celebration, but it was fun to watch , and we did ask for a foam copper or something to put on the fold out bed but they did not have it. No big deal. . Location is perfect for the half mile walk to the convention center. Lots of shops, stores, restaurants food all in walking distance more than you will need.. the barking crab restaurant is a three minute walk if you walk slowly, very good
2025 N. American seafood expo at the Boston convention center in the Seaport district just a 10 min walk away . We are here 2 more days , fix the news and Discovery Channel and will turn you into five stars immediately

5/10 The room was claustrophobic and the sink/shower facilities uncomfortable to use.
The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient enough for my business trip, in an area that felt safe.

the location was very convenient next to the silver line bus route. getting to the hotel and going to the airport was easy. the area was a business type location, but felt safe. the bed was really nice. the view was really nice.

The location of Yotel Boston was fantastic. Easy access to the subway, lots of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops in walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms clean.

your staff. Brandon was very friendly and accommodating when we checked in . This is our second experience at Hotel Boston and even though the rooms are very small the friendliness of the staff made us decide to come back.

Clean property. Quick check in. Local to places he had planned to visit. Easy access to hotel by the silver line bus from the airport. We booked a queen corner room - has loads of room

Great location. I had great stay at yotel the staff was very friendly payal at front desk was very helpful she explained everything in detail that made our stay easy and comfortable. Love the roof top bar the food was great. Thank you for everything.

10/10 Funny and Pleasant Valet
I went to enjoy a day at the Deck 12 but arrived early and thanks to our valet attendant (Alberto) he gave us ideas on things to do within walking distance til our friends arrive. Very funny and pleasant!!! Does he do tours in the seaport??? lol!

Amazing stay. I stayed here four nights for seafood conference. the staff is friendly and the room was comfortable. Special thanks to Payal she was very professional and she helped us a lot with everything we will be definitely coming back soon.

The front desk team is awesome especially Payal, how courteous and pleasant she is. The roof top experience was very nice . At the Vela bar the bartender was too very nice. The room ( corner view) is compact but comfortable. The bathroom is huge.

I like everything: great location, the room was very clean, a lot of cafes and restaurants are near, Trader Joes is just at the corner.
The room is small, but it has everything you need.

No fridge or coffee pot inside the room, inadequate lighting.
However ‘Excellent Location’.
Expensive but everything in Boston is so costly so
all in all, okay place but will not stay here again.

The staff was really nice , check-in procedure and check out procedure was easy going.
Loved the rain shower in the room and the towel heater. Bett was also comfortable and adjustable
