The service is very bad, the hotel management is disorganized, not caring the customers. Even I called in advance to confirm my booking, when I arrived at night ,they mentioned they needed to send me ...The service is very bad, the hotel management is disorganized, not caring the customers. Even I called in advance to confirm my booking, when I arrived at night ,they mentioned they needed to send me another hotel; I had to debate with them. Finally , they assigned the room for me; but when I was trying to open the room, someone is inside the room. I did have to come back with them for the issue; they doubled check they assigned the wrong room for me. And take a while, they could assign the right room for me, that is midnight until then.Show More
