The manager, Hiely, agreed I wouldn’t be charged for the fourth night. I followed up the next day, was given a case number by the helpdesk, and was told my refund was approved. A week later, I still hadn’t received it. When I called again, they suddenly claimed no refund would be issued and closed my case. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The hotel did not keep its word, and I will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.Show More
