The reason I am giving this hotel a 3/5 rating is because unfortunately, in room 415 there was only one bathtub curtain, and it was made of cloth and all the water would go through the curtain when yo...The reason I am giving this hotel a 3/5 rating is because unfortunately, in room 415 there was only one bathtub curtain, and it was made of cloth and all the water would go through the curtain when you were taking a shower. When I finished showering, the floor near the toilet had a big water spill, I quickly through the towel on the ground and cleaned it up. (Good thing the towels are very absorbent.) That was annoying because if I were to have left the puddle, I would have been charged for it when the bathtub curtain was the thing that was faulty. Another thing was that housekeeping forgot put a soap bar in the hotel room, so we had to call the lobby to bring the soap to the room. The shower had a lot of pressure and where it was marked cold water was hot water and the hot water was cold water. The great things were that the breakfast was very great (as usual), the computers were very useful. The layout of the hotel will never get old and the beds and tv in the room were very nice as well. Next time, I will remember to ask for extra blankets upon check in because I do use extra blankets for the sofa bed.Show More

I had to switch rooms due to the first one I was given having not been fully cleaned and turned over. The hotel was a ghost town, while it "seems" new there are no USB plugs in the rooms for devices if you do not have a wall adapter and it's mostly just that bland mid 2010's HG TV inspired corporate design. Like a cheap home there is very little behind it. The atmosphere was that of an abandoned town, seemingly only enough staff there to deal with the most likely less than 10 rooms that were occupied based on the cars in the parking lot. Speaking of parking it is Valet Only despite the lot being nearly vacant. Would stay again if I had to for business reasons and I had no other options, but your dollars would be better spent elsewhere. I honestly question how much longer this will even be open based on the cavernous lack of occupancy the building had. On the other hand, if you desire a throwback to covid times...this hotel had it in spades...a veritable ghost town and nobody wanting to interact with you!Show More
