Der Blick auf das Meer über den Garten und Bougainvillea ist unschlagbar und macht alles wett. Das Haus von 1908 liegt am Hang und hat viel Charme. Es gibt den hauseigenen Parkplatz für 25 € pro Nacht. Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Abwechslung, verschiedene Kuchen, Omeletts, Wurst, Käse, Brot und guter Kaffee. Man sitzt in der überdachten Veranda oder auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. 8 min. zu Fuß zur Altstadt über Treppen, vorbei am 5Sterne Hotel. Ruhige Lage, die Straße ist eher wenig befahren, einen Bürgersteig gibt's aber nicht.Show More

The hotel is a short, steep walk outside the town centre. Our room had two balconies, one overlooking the sea, the other overlooking the bay and, rather wonderfully, Mount Etna. The room was a decent size and well equipped, but the views were the things that stood out. Breakfast was fantastic - loads of choice, hot and cold, sweet and savoury - quite possibly the best buffet spread we have ever encountered. The breakfast room and terrace were also terrific. The staff were uniformly pleasant, friendly and helpful, including arranging a taxi for us to the station (this is definitely not walkable). The only downside was some road noise in the late evening and, on Saturday night, "music" noise from a nearby night club. Overall, though, highly recommended.Show More

Our room was clean and lovely, and we had a deck overlooking the sea in the distance. The breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed every delicious treat prepared for us. Unfortunately we were in Taormina for only one night, and the weather began to storm as we left for our excursion. We ended up getting drenched, and as we got close to our excursion, we gave up and went back to the hotel. It was a bummer but 100%, it had nothing to do with the hotel. Also. I should mention that the ability to park our car was a huge plus. If we go to Taormina again we will stay at Bel Soggiorno. Grazie.Show More

Das Personal ist super nett und das Frühstück (für italienische Verhältnisse) wirklich sehr sehr gut. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fußmarsch ist man in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Taormina und auch der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Taormina auf einem Berg liegt und viele Treppen zu erklimmen sind, sagt schon der Reiseführer.Show More
