Our stay was fantastic. We stayed one night in a standard room with two double beds. The room was small, but space was utilised very well with an outstanding bathroom. The room was very clean and ever...Our stay was fantastic. We stayed one night in a standard room with two double beds. The room was small, but space was utilised very well with an outstanding bathroom. The room was very clean and everything worked. We utilised the rooftop bar, which is very busy but is a great space where the staff were very swift and friendly. We were surprised at how central the location was being south of the cbd. A short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We used the parking facility which is located at the Adelaide bus terminal, which once again is a short walk, but, the bus stop has an unsafe feel about with people living there and being intoxicated/provocative. This is something for the hotel to consider, an alternate parking venue. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and we will return.Show More

Staff were pleasant but seemed very inexperienced and kind of fumbled their way through almost every element of customer service. The hotel doesn’t seem to cope with crowds of any capacity. The restaurant is in the middle of the foyer and is very cramped with a confusing and clunky breakfast offering. I don’t think I’d stay here again based on poor and inconsistent clunky service, non existent house keeping and quite poor breakfast.Show More
