I was very impressed with the property; the facilities are well presented and luxurious, particularly the restaurant. The same could be said of the room, I found the bathroom tile mosaics particularly beautiful. A special mention to Jade at the front desk, who was so friendly, warm, and personable. She went out of her way on a number of occasions, really demonstrating her care for her job and for the hotel guests. The breakfast was solid, good quality food, and the restaurant was so beautiful and grand. The staff were top notch and very friendly. Also, a special shout out to the staff at Club Millésime, who were so attentive and helpful. I want to particularly call out Roshan, who I don't think stopped moving and attending to guests. Like most of the building, the pool was exceptionally well designed and beautiful. I did have trouble getting a working locker, but these things have a tendency to break down. I will be back next time I'm staying in the area.Show More

It was a lovely stay with lots of luxury delicious food! We had yummy room service burgers and chips with black garlic aoli and the buffet breakfast was amazing! Such light delicious pastries! The highlight was definitely Gogo in the restaurant! His energy and positive attitude was contagious. Clearly in control and on top of everything, he made you feel special and like it was personal. The only drawbacks were it took 4 attempts over 24 hours to obtain an ice bucket and ice (tried requesting online and in person) and the saunas were separated by gender in the pool change rooms. A great idea if wanting to sauna alone and stick with the same gender but the addition of a unisex spa just off the pool would have been ideal for my husband and I to use together. Minor negatives and overall a great weekend!Show More
