Jessica from the breakfast team at Level 25 was just as great, with her friendly vibe, excellent service, and attention to detail that made our mornings a pleasure. Our room was fantastic, with an amazing city view and a really comfy, well-kept space. It felt truly special. A big thank you to the whole hotel team for the thoughtful birthday surprise and the lovely wine they arranged for my wife and me to celebrate with. That gesture meant a lot to us and really showed how much they care at this hotel. An unforgettable experience with outstanding service. On the whole we really loved our stay here. Convenient access by foot or free tram to everything we needed in Melbourne. The rooms are spacious and have a cool aesthetic . But I found this was surprisingly standard in Melbourne. Hardly any menus were marked so that I knew what was safe, so I had ask everywhere I ate. And out of all the bars we drank at, only Marvel Stadium had a GF beer! I got them easily in Svalbard of all places!! So frustrating. Didn't know how good I had it home.Show More
