From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even with the hotel being so busy for the concert. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the lobby felt modern and clean despite the rush of guests. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy after a long night of singing and dancing, and I really appreciated the large bathroom and quality amenities. The hotel also had great soundproofing—I was able to get a good night’s sleep even with other concertgoers coming and going late at night. The location is another huge plus. It’s right in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, making it easy to grab dinner, drinks, or snacks before and after the show. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which made the weekend even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic home base for the Eras Tour. Between the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and prime downtown location, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely stay here again for another concert or event in the city!Show More

If you are going to a conference at the Indianapolis Convention Center, the Marriott is a good option. The rooms were spacious, clean, with a lot of nice amenities (robes, toiletries). Check in took...If you are going to a conference at the Indianapolis Convention Center, the Marriott is a good option. The rooms were spacious, clean, with a lot of nice amenities (robes, toiletries). Check in took less than 5 minutes and I had a nice room on the 11th floor. There was almost never a wait for an elevator. This hotel is connected by a sky bridge from the Convention Center. So, less than a 5 minute walk. Bed was very comfortable and shower had plenty of pressure and hot water which was a complaint at a couple other of the hotels. Plenty of hangers. There is a restaurant in the lobby and a small convenience type store who sells some hot food. It was ideal to pick up a snack and a drink on the way up to the room. The only negative for me was they did not have the basic ESPN channel so I could not watch a particular Monday night football game which was disappointing. All-in-all the hotel is very comfortable, service is good, and I would stay here again.Show More

He made sure our room was properly assigned while quickly and efficiently welcoming us. And he eased our stress with valet parking and access to the Club snack lounge. It is well worth the small price to have a relaxing environment with quality foods and beverages after traveling on a taxing, high- stress journey! The room and hotel itself are beautiful and well kept. We are grateful for this experience and the kind Marriott staff that make this a wonderful place to stay while traveling in Indy.Show More

I had a long day of travel and was just TIRED. I came inside to check in and after standing in line a bit got to the front. I didn’t have my ID so back to the car I went. I didn’t have my ID so back to the car I went. Once I made it back in, I came back to the same person at the front desk. All I can say is Suhaib is the best! He heard I had a not so great day and saw my birthday is next week. He gave me a birthday card, some chocolates….did everything to make me smile. I don’t think he understands how much that meant to me and how it lifted my spirits. Thank you Sunaib for your EXCELLENT customer service and thank you Marriott for hiring such great people! The room was great, location great and worth the stay.Show More
