Nice to have the toilet separate from the shower. Comfortable big bed. Well maintained and very clean. Very convenient to have a hot water dispenser in front of the elevators. Last but not least : Wonderful and helpful staff. Thank you for your handwritten card welcoming us to the hotel. Thank you Nancy for your detailed sightseeing tips! Also…a big thank you to Jen and the gentleman at the front desk (I’m sorry I failed to get your name ) on taking the time to help us with our card key problem at breakfast time. There seemed to be a problem with a dead battery in the lock and it needed to be replaced. The fact that the front desk staff personally accompanied me to the room twice , first to check out the problem and second to confirm that it had been fixed (as opposed to simply saying that they would have maintenance take care of it) to me indicated that they had a genuine interest in caring for the guest. I commend the management on the superb level of hospitality and professionalism expressed by your staff.Show More

Comfortable beds. Didn't hear any noise from the hallway or next door rooms. Although the traffic outside was noticeable when awake, it didn't interfere with our sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Verity of Western and local food. Snacks, tea coffee, and water hot/cold available free of charge. They also have a laundry room that we didn't get a chance to use, fully equipped, and brand new. The location was convenient for all sightseeing we did, bus stop across the road, MRT 5 min walk away.Show More
