We had requested adjacent rooms (and followed up with an email) and at check in they didn't mention anything but then g...Had some issues that could have been resolved by the hotel more professionally. We had requested adjacent rooms (and followed up with an email) and at check in they didn't mention anything but then gave us keys to rooms on different floors... We had requested a late check out for one room so baby could nap, but they also ignored this and when we inquired later they said the hotel was full (it was not as seen online). After dinner I took the very slow elevator up to our room to put overly tired baby to bed but the key didn't work. I went back downstairs but nobody was at the desk and waited and nobody was there. Turns out receptionist was around the corner outside somewhere. Finally got key to work and asked receptionist to bring new key to my wife who was finishing up dinner/paying the bill. They forgot to do this. If the communication and care / intentionality had been taken care of, this place would have been great. Very convenient location, clean rooms, charming look, etc.Show More

The nearby restaurants and attractions are friendly and easy to walk to. The hotel has two attached restaurants, Pincette and Gaspar, that are convenient and friendly. The hotel staff were great with luggage assistance, directions, and accommodations. One issue is that some of the rooms, although accessible by elevator, include additional stairways while transitioning from elevator to room. Staff did mention that some of their rooms do not require this stairway access. Overall, we enjoyed our three-night stay and would book again on future stays in Vieux Port, Montreal.Show More

People were nice, the food was good, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Our hotel room is lovely with old photographs of what the street and harbor once looked like. Great atmosphere that makes us feel that we are in an interesting place.Show More

We payed extra for a river view and were designated a room with a view of industrial equipment that was by the river. Tried to switch rooms but a very rude gentleman at front desk said they could not make a change. But would keep us in mind should something open up, never heard from him. Show More
