The apartments were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long stay. What made our time so special was the kindness and warmth of the staff. Everyone was always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for. The housekeeping team did an amazing job — our rooms were always clean, fresh, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and friendliness made a big difference to our stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, cafes, and transport, yet quiet and relaxing. We shared so many happy family moments here and will always remember this stay with warmth and gratitude. Thank you to the entire Quest Bundoora team for your hospitality and care. My committee members were provided with access to the underground car park, which was important given the limited on-street parking nearby. The technology functioned perfectly, and the room featured new, high-quality boardroom furniture. All committee members were impressed with the business lounge. The location was fantastic, an 8-minute walk to the university with shops along the way. the facilities within the apartment building were excellent. My room didn't have a washer and dryer but i was situated close to the guest laundry which was a great help. Show More
