This really was the worst experience as a well travelled Marriot and Ritz Carlton guest. I attempted to make a small adjustment to my booking and they created friction at every stage. I am their top level loyalty tier (ambassador) and despite escalating my frustration that they couldn’t change something within policy they offered no resolution. This included lying that the General Manager was out the business. There is a culture of fear and a lack of accountability everything that goes against the values I believe the RC stands for. We had the Taster menu is their flagship restaurant which was booked in advance. They had to change one of the courses and there was a lot of noise behind the curtain to the rear of our table. Poor culture. Poor value. Poor leadership. Avoid!Show More
