The room was very spacious, and I received it well before the official check-in time. The bathroom was large and sparkling clean, featuring both an excellent bathtub and a powerful rain shower — truly a delightful experience. The reception staff went out of their way to be kind and welcoming, always smiling, helpful, and speaking excellent English. My room was cleaned and the sheets were changed every single day during my stay. Due to personal reasons, I had to return home about a week earlier than planned. The staff were very understanding and courteous, and to my great surprise, they even gave me a generous refund for the five unused nights — something that really impressed me. The small gym was functional, with a few weights and mostly treadmills, so if you need to run or walk, it’s perfectly adequate. As for breakfast — it was a bit of an issue. The menu changed daily: on some days they served eggs and bacon, but on others, the dishes were quite unusual, featuring various Asian-style vegetables and foods that don’t really suit the Western palate. If you’re expecting a rich breakfast with different types of eggs, cheeses, and fresh, high-quality breads — this is not the place. The breakfast here is enough to fill you up a bit, but nothing more.The coffee was excellent !. The location was excellent — only a 3-minute walk from a major metro station. Within a one-minute walk, there were about three 7-Eleven stores and a Family Mart. It was very easy to reach any attraction I wanted. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, fully controlled by a smart panel next to the bed. Free bottled water was provided daily, along with some cookies, tea, and coffee. In short — an excellent choice for Taipei. If I return to the city, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.Show More

But having stayed here for the first time , I’m surely staying my next trip here . 5 minutes walk from Dongman MRt and 7-11 stores couple minutes walk , eating places around. I’m always coming back here to this hotel ,,,,, Shona , Pinky and the other two ladies ( forget their names ) were superb . The entire staff two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻. Whenever I needed anything, a quick call or visit to the front desk was all it took, the staff were always ready to help with a smile.
