The location was good, nestled in a central part of the city, within easy walking distance o...The group of us stayed at San Want Residences Taipei during our trip to Taipei and were thoroughly pleased. The location was good, nestled in a central part of the city, within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants and MRT stations. The staff were warm, polite and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable bedding and a great bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub. We particularly appreciated the little touches like the complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge. It became the night gathering place for my pal and I! The breakfast offered both Western and Asian options and, while not absolutely extravagant, it was tasty, satisfying and served in a pleasant setting. If we had one suggestion it would be that the décor and furnishings, probably needs some upgrading and the sofa at the lounge, it feels a little on the classic side (not ultra-modern) so if you’re after ultra-trendy design this might not be the top pick — but for comfort, service and getting out and exploring Taipei, it ticks all the boxes!Show More
