Location was also very good, but it was very inconsistent and there were some little bugs here and there, ironically all service related. The good - housekeeping staff were all friendly and professional, and the lounge staff were a delight to interact with. Neutral - check in. My parents accidentally went to the check in rather than concierge for a request, and they were quite rudely asked to go to the other counter. However, understand that they went to the wrong counter and there was quite a crowd. Negative - breakfast. Really minor issues, like the staff directing us to the table (on both days) literally gave me the worst table, which I just accepted on the first day. On the second, I saw that they asked others if they were ok with the allocated tables. Hence I asked for another, and the staff looked displeased at it. I don’t think it was a trouble, because the next guest being directed was also asked which table they preferred. The staff there in white attire (mostly clearing tables) were surprisingly more pleasant than those in the black suits. Either way, I would not hesitate to come back, but I cannot say that it would be my top choices.Show More

Their Executive Lounge on the 17th floor has recently been upgraded. Very happy with the new set up which offers more space for the delicious food and drinks as well as single bar stools with electric plugs. Yet the best part is still the people working in here over the years: Michelle, Tammy, Harry, Jason just to name a few. There are also long-time residents of the hotel who I look forward to catching up with every time I come to stay. They are making this hotel as their retirement residence, and perhaps this is what I should be planning for in the future?Show More

We would like to compliment her enthusiasm,her prompt and warm service attitude.In today’s time and age,the sincerity of such service staff is indeed very rare and hard to come by. She was always prompt,efficient,friendly and made us feel very welcome. Sheraton has done a great job with their staff training and this is a good example of a well trained and professional staff.it indeed made our visit to the exec lounge extremely pleasant and enjoyable.
