Ray greeted us at the Valet Desk, & was outstandingly lovely.
We were given a very warm welcome, & he took the time to explain where to go for parking, & how to locate the check-in counter.

We were given a very warm welcome, & he took the time to explain where to go for parking, & how to locate the check-in counter.
Our bag was whisked away, & already in our room by the time we got there.
Locating a car park took quite some time, but we eventually squeezed into one, & went up a few levels to check-in. More about this in next comment box.
Amenities (room & bathroom) lovely & clean.
We ordered room service, & the young lady who delivered our meal was really delightful.
We booked our stay at the Hotel as an extremely rare treat.
It was probably our first Hotel stay together in about 20 years, maybe longer.
We were seeing a performance in the Hotel Theatre that evening, & the Show was fantastic.
The 2 Queen beds in our room were extremely comfortable, & next morning we headed down to our complimentary breakfast just before 7.
Staff there, were again both lovely, & helpful.
Food on offer looked really great, with a huge selection to suit many differing tastes.
We both chose a selection of things (not much of it the same), along with some juice.

After our breakfast, we collected our bag & went to check out.
I didn't note the name of the lady at the counter, but she was exceptionally lovely, & very warm & friendly (had bit of an accent).
Interacting with her was a very pleasant close to our stay!
May stay again sometime, for another performance, but we're unsure at this point.Show More
