We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Napoli Centrale train station - it's literally opposite the main entrance to the station. This makes things very easy if you're using the train systems to g...We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Napoli Centrale train station - it's literally opposite the main entrance to the station. This makes things very easy if you're using the train systems to get to other places (Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, etc...). We took the Alibus from Naples airport and it drops you at the station - took about 15 mins and cost 5 euros - great value. The hotel itself was lovely. Very friendly front-desk staff and the room was large, clean and air-conditioned. It had a great view out across the station piazza (Piazza Garibaldi) with Vesuvius in the far distance. Great sound-proofing too - with the windows shut you couldn't hear the hustle and bustle of the square, or you could leave the window open and enjoy hearing the sounds (and horns) of Naples going about its business. We had breakfast on 3 mornings that we were there. Lots of choice in what you could eat and you get the chance to eat it out on the bar terrace in the early morning sun with fantastic views across Naples whilst you eat. Also had some drinks there too and the service was great. A lovely place to sit and take in the atmosphere. Brilliant location - we could walk to one of the main streets full of fantastic restaurants and bars (Via Tribunali) in under 10 mins. Some of streets around the hotel are a little untidy and grubby but at no point did we feel unsafe or threatened. Naples has a lovely (chaotic) vibe and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.Show More

Klimaanlage und Beleuchtung sehr gut. Modernes TV, Frühstück sehr gut und Personal insgesammt sehr Nett, besonders in den unteren Rängen. Also, wer noch besseren Lärmschutz oder einach einen unzerstörbaren Schlaf hat ist auch in Zimmer 109 sehr gut aufgehoben, weil es einfach auch so interessant ist das Verkehrsleben in Neapel und die Polizeieinsätze zu studieren.Show More

The only downside is there are no USB charging facilities in the room. If you're visiting from outside the EU you will need a 3 inline European adaptor. We were concerned about traffic noise as our room overlooked the station square. The windows and shutters make the room very quite and the air-conditioning is excellent. The staff also wished me happy birthday which was a total surprise and an indication of how much detail they go into to look after their customers. Having worked in hotels for a number of years we appreciated the excellent service provided by all the staff during our stay. Our only concern with the was the number of African migrants all around the location. We were warned yesterday by an African shop manager to be very careful because he classified the area very dangerous. Some Americans were robbed around the corner from the hotel while we waiting for a tour bus. So despite all the police in the area keep your whits about you and valuables secure.Show More
