Check in was very good. I was lied to on the phone which i was told the pool and hot tub are working and open and when i got there i found out the hot tub wasn’t working for awhile. I was lied to on the phone which i was told the pool and hot tub are working and open and when i got there i found out the hot tub wasn’t working for awhile. I actually booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool hours as it is the only one that it is open from 7-1030 . Every other hotel was earlier. So this was very deceiving. The breakfast is great and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Staff is never around at the front desk and my cards got deactivated many times which was annoying. The gentleman who came to tell us the pool was closed was extremely rude and treated us like a child. Also if you make up the room why does the staff not throw out the garbage and recycling that is in the garbage bins? For the shower the water pressure sucks and so does the temperature. You will not get a super hot shower or any pressure.Show More
