From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. Special mention to Dwina, who helped us during check-in and check-out — she was amazing. The rest of the staff (I hope I remember everyone’s names!) were all equally exceptional. Their kindness and professionalism really made our stay unforgettable. The amenities are fantastic. Table Spoon Restaurant serves great food, and Tejas Spa is a must-try if you’re looking to relax. They also offer free afternoon tea with snacks from 3–5pm, which is such a thoughtful touch. If you want to explore the area, you can easily rent a bike by asking reception. One thing we loved was the eButler service — you can message them anytime on WhatsApp, and they respond quickly to help with anything you need. They also provide a free shuttle to and from Ubud Centre, which made getting around super convenient. We booked directly, so we enjoyed daily replenishment of the bar fridge, all-day breakfast ordering, room service, and even a complimentary photoshoot. Such amazing inclusions! The poolside area is beautiful, relaxing, and very well-maintained. In fact, the entire property is spotless — everything looks new, fresh, and perfectly cared for. Overall, Adiwana Suweta exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and memorable Ubud experience.Show More

The room was spacious and bright, with a super comfortable bed, a beautiful view and lots of small details that made it feel warm and welcoming rather than just another hotel room. We had several meals at their restaurant, Tablespoon, and every time the food surprised us in a good way, from breakfast to lunch, everything was tasty, nicely presented and the atmosphere was calm even though you are quite close to busy Ubud. I also booked the Journey of Joy at Tejas Spa and that was one of the highlights of the stay, a full hour of massage followed by a scrub and a flower bath that left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The therapists were very professional and kind, and the spa area itself is beautiful and quiet, perfect to disconnect for a while. Overall, Adiwana Suweta is a great option if you are looking for a place in Ubud with comfortable rooms, a restaurant that is really worth trying and a spa experience that makes your stay feel extra special.Show More

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff could not have been more helpful. They were always available whenever we had any questions and always manage to solve our queries immediately. The free shuttle to and from town was so handy and the breakfast vouchers were free to use all day long which was very useful if you fancied a later meal. The food was delicious and all the amenities in the hotel were wonderful. The hotel was also kind enough to pack us a breakfast bag to go as we had to leave at 4am for the airport on our last day. We had such a warm welcome when we arrived by the lovely Dwina and had such a lovely experience staying at Adiwana Suweta (mainly because of the kindness of every single staff member) and could not recommend this hotel more.Show More

The staf...This is a beautiful resort above Ubud central area, so much quieter than in the centre of town. We had the villa with private pool and the room was fabulous and felt very private and special. The staff in the resort were beyond wonderful - especially Gusti who made us feel to welcome and cared for. A few things to check out - the unheated pool (there are villas with heated pools) was cooler than expected and often resting still, rather than being pumped to refresh. The villa is down a long flight of stairs which may be a problem for some - staff were brilliant at helping with any baggage. The area around the villa was stunningly set in tropical plants, but sometimes there was an unpleasant odour (septic tanks?). The food was ok and the servings were generous. We would definitely choose this resort again and probably with a heated pool - we travelled in October.Show More
