From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk did an amazing job—they made me feel like part of the family. I was welcomed with drinks, chocolates, and even a special bracelet, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading my room to their best suite, which included a private swimming pool—it truly felt like a luxurious sanctuary. The suite itself was stunning, combining modern comfort with traditional Balinese charm. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved all the thoughtful touches throughout the room. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that I could order it anytime I wanted, making it so relaxing. They also offer a shuttle to the sightseeing areas, which made exploring Ubud so easy and convenient. The serene atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind, and the overall hospitality was exceptional. I loved the cozy atmosphere, and the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly polite and always tried to solve any issue. Communication via WhatsApp was very easy and fast, and they provided a great breakfast, which is a rare find for hotels in Bali. We travelled with a small baby, one year old, and there was special attention for him. The waitstaff even carried him in their arms while we enjoyed breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, robes were classy, and we stayed both in standard and deluxe units, and I can say that all the rooms were wonderful. I also want to highlight the restaurant — one of the few hotels where you can eat deliciously and affordably right on site. In my view, it’s the best Indonesian cuisine restaurant. Every time we come, we think we might go somewhere else to eat, but we end up staying in the hotel because it’s much more comfortable and tasty to dine there. We have visited around 50 countries, and we rarely want to return to a place, but this hotel has filled our hearts. Thank you so much to all the team. ---Show More

Gede gave us a princess treatment and put two daytrips together with a driver from the hotel!!! No stress, perfect organisation! Atv, Rice terrace, coffee plantage, lunch at a local restaurant!, purification at a small (not so crowded) temple, 2 watersfalls. I stayed there with my friend. 2 girls. We can definetly recommend the hotel. Do lots of massages. You will enjoy it!Show More
