This cha...I made this reservation over three months in advance, yet just two days before my arrival, I received a call informing me that my booking had been changed to a smaller room with smaller beds. This change was made without my consent and offered no compensation or valid explanation. Shockingly, I was then charged more than the original price, despite receiving a downgraded room. Upon arrival, the condition of the room was unacceptable: There were bugs present. We were only provided one towel and one coffee pod despite multiple guests. The bed was so sunken in the middle, it looked like a U-shape and was incredibly uncomfortable. We found hair in the sink and urine in the toilet—clear indicators the room was not properly cleaned. The main lights in the room blinked constantly when turned on, making them unusable. (Video evidence of all the above from the time we walked in can be provided) The service from staff was equally poor. The woman who called prior to our stay was rude and unprofessional, and the front desk staff were dismissive and disrespectful throughout our visit. At one point, my daughter was told she could not use the washroom in the lobby, which was entirely inappropriate and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was told I would be charged a $50 deposit, but instead, my credit card was charged $335.95 without explanation or authorization. Lastly, the photos and descriptions on your website are highly misleading. The actual condition and cleanliness of the hotel do not match the promotional materials.Show More

La habitación era muy grande, con dos camas enormes, y la ropa de cama y el cuarto de baño estaban limpios, aunque los muebles, viejísimos. En las inmediaciones había restaurantes y cafeterías correctos, supermercados y farmacias. El personal del hotel era amable.Show More
