7.9(2165)6/10 It was good in the end but started out being disappointing and frustrating.
The location was perfect as it is a short walk to main downtown areas and the canal to go skating. The manager was quick to fix the issue with our room and also reduced the rate of our room and compensated us for the extra charge for parking.

The location is terrific. Onsite parking was very helpful. We came back for the car after checking out which was great. The pool was big compared to some other hotel pools and very clean. Thank you. Every staff person I interacted with was great (Including the guy in the elevator with the
linens)! Tell the pool guy sorry about wearing shoes. I was rushing to pack up my family and did not realize (they were clean and dry for the record).

Staff great. Booking experience great, especially when calling to clarify reservation details and parking info. Location close to downtown activities and an easy drive to other parts of city.

Location was great! Short walking distance from the Rideau Canal to go skating and close to Elgin street with lots of restaurants.
Quiet and very nice to have a kitchen and lots of space in the studio.

8/10 Short but relaxing and enjoyable!
Stayed here with my son and husband to go skating on the canal. Loved the convenient location to the canal which was a short walk away. Also close to family friendly and budget friendly dining places. Room was spacious enough and quiet with a separate bedroom and living room area as well as a full kitchenette. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place for sure to others looking for something family friendly.

Property location was great! It was a block from the canal, really close to restaurants. Underground parking on site. Kitchen was really handy and the space was great.

We really appreciate our stay, really well locate, the rooms were fully equipped with kitchen and all accessories. Staff was great and kind. The swimming pool was awesome as well.

Although little old but what matter is It’s clean, good price. Has kitchenette which is perfect. Would also be nice if the tvs are smart so we can mirror from our device but all the rest are really good

Great location, close to restaurants. We had a one-bedroom unit, which was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was a good size, the kitchen / kitchenette had everything we needed. The decor etc was a little dated, but that was not a problem. Our only complaint would be the bedding, which really needs updating. The bed in the main bedroom was rock hard, my pillow was horrible and lumpy and I was too scared to sleep on it, and unfortunately there were not spares. I moved out to the pull-out sofa bed on the second night - it was even worse, and I ended up with bruised ribs because of the metal frame that was felt through the mattress. Other than the bedding, I would recommend the place.

10/10 It was very relaxing and close to main sightseeing areas.
The hotel is in a good location. Quick access to transit. Lots of extra space with a living area and kitchen. It is situated close to grocery, fast food places and restaurants.

This hotel has am excellent location close to historical sites, many restaurants and shops.
The recepcionists were just specatular, very helpful and so kind. And the swimming pool was just a bonus for us.
