All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and pool area. They all had a really good sense of humour. We had half board and the a la carte evening menu was superb!! We had half board and the a la carte evening menu was superb!! Loved being served at your table just like a restaurant at home. You could switch lunch for dinner or vice versa depending on your plans for the day. Nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was exceptional and the cleaners were noticeably happy in their job. We upgraded our room and were given an excellent daily rate. As the hotel is situated at the top of the hillside the views were spectacular. The Shuttle bus ran on average every hour or so into Sorrento - last return time 11pm. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel and resort.Show More
