There were so many positive things to report about this wonderful hotel. Our family first stayed here 16 years ago when our 2 children were 15 and 16 and we loved our stay and our rooms with spectacul...There were so many positive things to report about this wonderful hotel. Our family first stayed here 16 years ago when our 2 children were 15 and 16 and we loved our stay and our rooms with spectacular views of Naples and Vesuvius. We returned 16 years later with our daughter, her husband and their 2 babies, Sofia, 2 and Luca, 1 years old. We stayed for 6 glorious nights and did day trips every day. The location of this hotel makes it easy to not only visit other Amalfi coast villages, but also to walk and see Sorrento. Not only is this hotel magnificent, the entire staff is fabulous. They greeted all of us everyday and were so kind and patient to the grand babies. The front desk, breakfast staff, bar staff and even the pool staff knew Sofia and Luca by name and were so thoughtful. Every morning and night the bar and breakfast staff happily would prepare warm bottles of milk for the babies. The front staff also was great on helping us get taxies and answering any questions we had. We had requested two connecting rooms with balconies and they delivered. We were celebrating our 35th Wedding anniversary and our daughter and her husband's 5 th anniversary . When we entered our rooms, we each had a lovely hand written note welcoming us back, a bottle of champagne and sweet treats. Having the connecting rooms was so nice for the babies to run, Sofia, or crawl, Luca between our rooms. The view from the balconies is so pretty, a 180 degree view. The lobby, pool area, exercise room, library and restaurant are all beautiful. The breakfast selections were delicious and we were even allowed to order choices off the menu such as French toast and eggs Benedict.They even would serve you complimentary Prosecco which was special. Some of the staff we wish to thank personally are, Raffaela, Annalisa, Angelo, Francesco, Franco, Graziano, Francesca, Olga, Antonio, Maria and Noemi.
