I really love the location! Walking distance to everything. The lobby had an amazing ambiance! We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this hotel was. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, & a great location to Old Quebec City. It’s fairly close to cruise terminal… a $12-20 taxi ride....We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this hotel was. It’s directly behind the Museum of Civilization, ( that currently hosts the TITANIC EXHIBIT). It’s very close to a HOP ON HOP OFF STOP… you can buy tickets for bus at hotel. The hotel serves breakfast,( for a fee). There is a “self-serve wine bar” in lobby. There is a lovely Italian restaurant ,( MATTEO’s), attached to hotel. Make reservations if want to eat there! The hotel is walking distance to Old Quebec & a lovely Bakery called “SMITHS”. Our room was very comfortable! Loved the robes provided in room. We will definitely be back!Show More

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, walk in shower was a plus. Hotel did provide coffee/tea and small refrigerator in the room. Quiet hotel. never heard voices or doors shutting. The breakfast buffet was excellent, European flair, included in room charge. Staff was very helpful. The only negative was that the bathroom lacked a shelf for placing items, i.e.. toothpaste, brush, comb, etc. Italian Restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, only open for dinner. Enjoyed our stay.Show More
