This was the 3rd time my partner and I have stayed at the Normandin, there is no other place we want to stay when we come to visit Quebec City. On this visit we were initially in a room that was not...This was the 3rd time my partner and I have stayed at the Normandin, there is no other place we want to stay when we come to visit Quebec City. On this visit we were initially in a room that was not suitable due to a particular scent, and when the issue was brought to the front desks attention they moved us to a different room with zero pushback - Laurie handled the issue like a professional and placed us in a much more suitable room for which we were very thankful and made us very impressed. The Hotel itself is very well maintained, clean, quiet, and has great rooms with very clean bathrooms and bedding. Without fail we have slept in on our alarms each time we have stayed at the Normandin due to how comfortable and quite the bedrooms are. My one singular issue is that we had forgotten a set of coats in the room closet at checkout. After driving home for 10 hours, I called the front desk immediately to bring to their attention where and what kind of clothing was left behind. The desk clerk was very courteous, but recommended I call in the morning and speak to the manager - which I did. The manager was also courteous and professional but I was left disappointed as there has been no follow up as to the whereabouts of our belongings. I had stated specifically that they were left in the closet, what they looked like, etc - which unfortunately makes me come to the conclusion that there is a level of dishonesty from their housekeeping staff in regards to left behind items and their whereabouts, which has been incredibly disappointing. That said, I do recommend staying here as for the value and the service the hotel is top-notch. Show More

C'était bien qu'on puisse diffuser nos applications sur la télévision pour visionnement, mais ça aurait été bien d'avoir quand même une meilleure variété de chaînes.
