We paid an extra $40 per night to upgrade to a room with a view, but the service at the hotel was almost non-existent. For a hotel at this price point, they didn’t even provide complimentary bottled water. Overall, the staff were very indifferent. When I asked about a $10 pre-authorization charge, they didn’t provide a clear explanation and left my question unanswered. If it weren’t for the view, I wouldn’t give a positive review as the value for money is quite low.

Great location, nice view of the city, close to many shops & restaurants. Bonus there is a heated outdoor pool that we swam in while the snow was falling.

A great view of Quebec from our room and the concierge lounge on the 23rd floor. Enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was large and very clean.

9/10 It was fun!
The view from 18th floor was great. All was new and clean. We liked the outdoor warm swimming pool and sauna. Breakfasts were really delicious and could fit any taste. Table tennis, billiards and air hockey were great addition. Also, little surprises and a search game for kid added the fun.

Spectacular view, very clean rooms and nice design. Good breakfast at the restaurant and excellent location, within walking distance of waterfront and main walkable and sightseeing areas in Old Quebec.

Valet parking, check-in were easy, room was nice, hotel is in a great location. The hotel is easy to spot when walking around the city so it's easy to return after a day of sightseeing. Tour buses stop right in front of the hotel.
