The room was quiet and comfortable, especially the bed. We were on the 16th floor and it provided a great view of the city facing west. Centrally located and easy to access. Good choice for a single night stay in Quebec City.

Rooms are very comfy with a nice modern look, super clean. The view from the room is amazing!Location is great: at the heart of Saint-Rock, downtown Quebec with buses nearby that go downtown. Nice but minimal breakfast included. The staff was serviceable. The pool and gym were not super crowded and really clean. Good for kids!

9/10 Great hotel to stay at in the middle of Quebec's business centre
Very nice lobby and friendly staff. The rooms are also really clean and the beds are comfortable. They also provide all the needed toiletries and more then enough towels for your stay. I ended up getting a room on the 17th floor and the view is superb as well.

1/10 Nightmare.
Nothing. Actually, one exception. The front desk personnel were sympathetic and attempted to be as helpful as possible. Ultimately, they worked with us to have us relocated to another property that was acceptable.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. We traveled with our young son and they let us have a late checkout so he could nap a little longer.

Cleaning service was great and thorough, came every day. Good mix of English & French TV channels for those who are not bilingual, which is a relatively rare event in Quebec these days. Beds were very comfortable.

Views from higher floors are mind-blowing. The bed is probably the best hotel bed i've ever been to :) Excellent sleeping quality. Sound-proofing is alright. Bathroom is spacy. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, all top quality and smell amazing.

Great central location, lots of handy amenities, super helpful staff, late check out. Nice pool and gym. Little extras like reading lights and great soap products. We had a beautiful view of the cathedral.

Nice room, we had to transfer to another one cause the initial one had a leak from the air-conditioning unit (this is actually a bad thing that they need to improve on but their quick action was appreciated). Facilities are amazing, especially the gym which is big and well-equipped. Had to pay extra for buffet breakfast which was hearty and well-seasoned.

We also appreciated that housekeeping came in to spruce out the room while we were gone for the day. Overall, a really great stay! We did not use the restaurant or gym/pool facilities, so can't comment

9/10 Overall, we are pleased with the stay and would love to come back.
The room we had facing the church and had a nice sun rise view. The staff were friendly especially with the concierge who had help us make the restaurant reservation and a brief introduction of the neighborhood. The room has a very unique design and we loved it.
