Convenient location and well appointed rooms. Access to the rear rooms with a vehicle is via a locked gate which provides an extra sense of security.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Central location for down town and main highway. Coffee machine was for k pods, so very convenient. Toiletries were of great quality.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. It was convenient to our room and they provided extra towels (but no bath robes) for the pool area.
The staff were happy to provide extra pods for the Kureg and real milk for my coffee. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony. Great stay for our fall stay.

The room had a Spa like feeling, very clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, modern furniture and bathroom. It also had a nice size balcony with a view of a beautiful garden like setting of the property.
The swimming pool and restaurant were just a few steps away, relaxing environment. Great food, friendly and helpful staff made our stay a wonderful mini vacation.

9/10 Exceeded expectations
Our double queen room was generously sized with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. The window treatments, furniture and fixtures were sleek and contemporary, and the beds very cozy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom and coffee areas were well stocked and topped up daily. The outdoor pool area is large and nicely designed with lots of private spaces. The restaurant looks great, though we didn’t get a chance to eat there.

9/10 Really nice place. Very clean and well kept up gated area for cars in the back(by the rooms).
Staff are friendly. The place was very well-maintained. The room was very clean and large. The garden area was enclosed within the hotel with really nice. They are cleaning at 6 o’clock in the morning. Very nice hot tub.

Exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the ground floor patio access with furnishings to sit outside. Restaurant & pool surrounded by lovely landscaping & impressed that facility is very dog friendly. Conveniently across from South Okanagan Event Centre performance “Come From Away” performance we attended.

8/10 We will try to stay there any time we come to Penticton to golf or attend an event at the SOEC.
The Balcomo location is perfect for events at the SOEC. The restaurant on site had excellent staff and delicious food choices. We enjoyed a meal and wine before walking to the Event Center and a nightcap upon our return.

8/10 Very comfortable stay in a nice hotel
Front desk staff went above and beyond to show us the room ( on the far side of the complex from the office) to be sure it met our requests. Room was very comfortable, nice decor, and was pet and carpet free so no allergies! Dinner at the adjacent restaurant sitting outside by a fireplace ( in Oct) was lovely. Secure car parking was a nice bonus.

This property was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The lawns and gardens were a bonus and beautifully kept. Thank you to the staff for being so professional, but fun to talk with. We really enjoyed our stay!!
