After first night, we all woke up feeling very ill. The black mold on the ceiling of the shower only I took in the morning as the plugged shower head was blasting a single stream of water that stung! The Murphy bed clunked and groaned every time it's occupant turned over. Needless to say we got very little sleep. Told the front desk after spotting the black mold, and we were immediately moved. As it were, we should have been offered our stay totally free, but that was not once offered. I did get my 4th night "comped" for it, but it was supposed to free anyways with their "stay 3, get one free" promo was in effect. The breakfast room was pretty much unattended, not restocked well, and mediocre food at best. Creaky old machinery made for a quick sit down, and it's probably that way for reason. I cannot recommend a stay here, and will definitely not be going back myself!Show More

The room was clean and big and had good access for plugs and phone cords. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel. The indoor pool isn't very big so I didn't use it. Hotel has been partially updated, our room with 2 new queen beds(which I found comfortable)had new flooring with a large balcony overlooking the pool which my son enjoyed. Air-conditioning was working fine and is fully adjustable to your preference. There was a small fridge/freezer that was handy to have as well. A little more attention to detail with the cleaning(soap scum residue around the tops of the shampoo dispensers in the shower needed a bit of attention) would be my only complaint. My room(216)had an glitch in that when I would use the hair dryer, a fuse would blow the lighting attached to my headboard rendering the lights/plugs/usb chargers there inoperable. Mentioned this to the manager and was assured it would be fixed in future. Breakfast was ok, don't expect anything fancy when it's provided for free! Getting rid of or fixing the half-full fish tank in the breakfast room would be a good idea, it just doesn't look nice. Again, nit picky things. But great location and the staff were very friendly.Show More
