I love coming yo this hotel all the time. They are Extremely Nice and staff accomodating. Everything Awesome. Buit one thing is I took a shower and someone was uding the water snd I scalded the hell out of my back. They should have a regulator in the shower temperature. Thank the Lord it did not blister. Put ice on it right away. Did

10/10 You have an excellent cleaning staff and they all deserve a raise.
I am handicapped and when I checked in the man at the front desk was most accommodating, changing my room to one very near the rear parking lot, so I wouldn't have far to go to my room.

We received 30 minutes grace regarding our checkout time as we had been taken out for breakfast by some friends and we were a bit late back… we were extremely grateful for this. Thanks to reception!

Great location close to the beach & channel. Kitchenette was a great money saver to not have to eat out for each meal. Swimming pool and hot tub was a big hit with our group it was nice to unwind and relax.

The hotel has a great indoor pool and sauna and even an exercise gym (though it doesn't open until 10AM and you have to change in your room as there are no changing facilities by the pool).

Breakfast was great. I also enjoyed the comfy bed, easy temperature adjusting shower and in particular the staff who were very helpful.
My room was away from the main road, as requested.

Courteous staff , clean pool and hot tub. I forgot my glasses in my room . I called on my way back home to Vancouver Island and a staff member went and retrieve them from the room immediately. They helped me organize a pickup for shipment. Sandman went above and beyond, I am Grateful.

9/10 I had a Very Pleasant and Comfortable stay.
The Denny's restaurant near by was convenient. The Comfortness and facilities were Great. Pool was Awesome! And last but not least Erin and Shelby were Exceptional workers. Always Happy and Helpful. 🙂

Thought the location of the Denny's attached to the Sandman was convenienient. The hotel was rather comfortable, Cozy and accomodating. Shelby and Erin went out of their way to make our stay a welcoming one.
