When we arrived for our 3 night stay we were very impressed with the hotel & staff . However on the first day of our trip to Soller my purse was stolen. Credit / debit card were cancelled & I decide...When we arrived for our 3 night stay we were very impressed with the hotel & staff . However on the first day of our trip to Soller my purse was stolen. Credit / debit card were cancelled & I decided this wasn’t going to spoil our trip. On the second day my husband had his wallet stolen . We were then in a position of having no cards or cash. After cancelling his cards & hrs spent on the phone trying to get emergency cash from Nat West , who don’t do emergency cash in Majorca it transpired, so we sought the help of the hotel . We thought the simplest thing would be to get a bank transfer to them , only to be told they couldn’t do this !! You can imagine how desperate we were & felt very let down . It totally ruined our trip.Show More

Il letto e' grande e davvero molto comodo, la biancheria sia da letto che da bagno di ottima qualita', la camera spaziosa e con tutto cio' di cui avevamo bisogno. Comodo anche il garage dell'hotel in quanto abbiamo affittato una macchina. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perche' avevamo gia' una lista di posti consigliati dove assaggiare le varie specialita'ma torneremo sicuramente nella stessa struttura al prossimo viaggio.Show More

Our room was as we expected an...I stayed at the Bordoy Continental in Palma with my sister for a 4 night break. We were very happy with everything about it. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was as we expected and well taken care of. We chose to include breakfast and there was an excellent variety. Including hot food to order. We were able to store luggage first and last day. Location was very good and had excellent bus service. Only negative was the wifi was a bit slow at times .Show More
