Personal: Das Personal war zu jeder Tageszeit außerordentlich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Spa-Bereich auf unseren Wunsch hin abends noch extra für uns geöffnet wurde - das ist Service, der weit über das Übliche hinausgeht Zimmer & Lage: Unsere Suite hatte einen sagenhaften Meerblick mit Balkon. Morgens aufzuwachen und direkt auf das Mittelmeer zu schauen war einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Lage direkt am Parque del Mar ist perfekt. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Obwohl wir vergessen hatten anzugeben, dass wir Veganer sind, wurden wir positiv überrascht. Wer vegan oder vegetarisch unterwegs ist, kann sich definitiv nicht beschweren - die Auswahl war großartig und wurde mit herrlichem Meerblick serviert. Spa-Bereich: Der Spa mit finnischer Sauna, Whirlpool und Aromatherapie ist wunderbar und wurde sehr flexibel für uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Fazit: Ein Hotel, das durch außergewöhnlichen Service, perfekte Lage und großartige Ausstattung überzeugt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und von angenehmer Größe. Das Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend, herzlich, aufmerksam und immer freundlich... man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Herzlichkeit und das Engagement des Teams. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form eines Törtchens, einfach toll! Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Rooftop-Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch der private Spa-Bereich mit Whirlpool und Sauna war ein echtes Highlight. Die Betten sind bequem, und insgesamt spürt man überall die Liebe zum Detail. Alles in allem ein exzellenter Service, super Hotel-Team, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!Show More
