A definite 4.5/5 for us, rather th...We recently completed a stay of over 7 nights here, and we were honestly extremely happy with our stay, and found the property and stay to be almost perfect for us. A definite 4.5/5 for us, rather than just a 4. Firstly, the pros: great convenient location, renovations still quite recent, and truly excellent friendly staff. A shout out to all of Khuns: Mix, Tawan, Ton, M, and Khun Not who were all so friendly and made us feel so at home and provided excellent service and support. Breakfast and also Door/Bell/Lobby Staff were standout to us. Various managers also made an effort to say hi or speak with us, which was appreciated. Our room was in excellent condition and housekeeping was well handled. Also the property is just the right size, as in it's not so large that it becomes a long trek to move around in. I'd recommend going with the buffet breakfast as this is a good one. Their breakfast pastries in particular were excellent in terms of taste and texture, which is often usually not a strength in South East Asian hotels (in my view). As for the cons, the pool was consistently absolutely freezing (in my view) to the point of basically being unusable. This was also the case on our previous stay two years ago. As a final con, availability or consistency of some core breakfast items was also inconsistent. For example, All of a sudden there was no Soy Milk, Muesli or Granola provided as choices at the breakfast buffet. Or a certain type of pastry would become only strawberry day after day, whereas previously the flavour had changed each day between plain, vanilla, and strawberry, etc. Definitely way more pros than cons though, and a great stay which was very highly appreciated by us. A a 5 star hotel, this hotel is certainly not cheap for a longer stay, but it certainly felt worthwhile to us, and we thank the hotel staff for their wonderful service.Show More

The breakfast offers a wonderful variety of international and local dishes — everything is fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The Sunday brunch was the highlight of my stay. The selection was amazing, especially the grilled lamb chops, which were perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The seafood, sushi, desserts, and live cooking stations also made it a memorable experience. A special thank you to Balloon and PumPui for their outstanding service. They were always friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome every time I dined there. Their smiles and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. I opted for the Asian Blend massage, herbal compound and oil massage experience with Yui looking after me from top to toe and my body is still tingling all over. The experience started with a hot tea on arrival and completing some short paperwork. After being taken to the beautiful room, the session began with a lemony foot bath and salts scrub, then a deeper tissue massage and bodywork all over my back. A hot herbal compound was used over my back and then the wonderful oil massage. After nearly falling asleep, I rolled over and the process repeated on my front completely relaxing my whole body. It finished with the typical Thai massage routine of sitting up and clapping back taps. Another hot tea was waiting for me as I was advised to let the oils and compress continue to penetrate my muscles.Show More
