I would like to share a few details for improv...I had a very pleasant stay at U Nimman Chiang Mai. The hotel is extremely convenient, clean, and comfortable, and the overall experience was impressive. I would like to share a few details for improvement. The wall near the key card holder inside the room has peeling paint, which was surprising to see. The reading lamp on the left side of the bed (near the balcony) was also not functioning.On the positive side, the minibar and welcome amenities were excellent. I would also like to highlight the service experience. During check-in, the Front Desk staff member who assisted me was polite, helpful, and very professional, the process was smooth and welcoming. However, the bell staff on that day did not acknowledge Thai guests, including myself. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no smile. Attention appeared to be focused only on foreign guests, which was somewhat disappointing. On the following day, the service improved. I asked to borrow an umbrella, and the bell team was helpful. Although they still didn’t initiate eye contact or smile (I was the one who had to smile first), they were kind and willing to assist. On the day I checked out, the bell staff service was excellent......truly 100/10. They were attentive, proactive, and treated all guests equally. This left a very positive final impression. I also want to compliment the FB Host during breakfast. She was friendly, polite, warm, and truly professional. Her service made the morning experience feel even more pleasant. I stayed at U Nimman several years ago and had a wonderful experience. I still love the hotel very much, and I believe that consistent guest acknowledgment, treating every guest equally regardless of nationality, would make the stay absolutely perfect.Show More
