The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a very good range of items included in the breakfast and I had a lovely meal at the hotel restaurant, Hearsay on the Green. For a lovely, upmarket meal looking out at Discovery Green, Brasserie du Parc is very close. And for foodies, the nearby Phoenicia Specialty Foods is a must visit! Tip: For Uber bookings, they always provide the location of a nearby street, rather than the loading zone directly outside the hotel. While it was easy to walk just around the corner without luggage, when I was going to the airport, I messaged the driver that around the corner from their designated pick up spot there was a pick up area right outside the hotel. I also gave the address, as presumably they wouldn't have been given it in the booking. This worked really well for me.Show More

This was the st...I arrived early and sat with my luggage at the entrance. Only after a minute, I was greeted by hotel staff that informed me they would check for a room. She was able to check me in. This was the start of service above my expectations, which they provided throughout my two week stay. The room was clean and all the amenities. The shower gel pump did not work. I let the front desk know and they promptly fixed it. The breakfast food was expected, plenty of variety of good food. The gym and pool were nice to use every day. Cleaning service was good; daily service: bed, towels and supplies. Beverage and snack service at 5:30 every evening was a great social time too Convenient location with a grocery store a block away and plenty of great restaurants. The Toyota Dome and Convention center within a block. WiFi signal was strong at all locations of the hotel, including out on the pool. Well worth the price to stay.Show More

I am a Hilton Honors member and I thoroughly enjoyed this restful stay. I was able to surprise my friend for her 60th…which was epic. Myself and another friend from our San Diego days, flew in. We had fun and being able to come to a hotel where you get the level of attention to detail that you come to expect from Embassy suites was amazing. I can honestly say the two highlights aside the surprise 60th birthday dinner, was getting such a great deal with the Hilton grand vacation with Claude (who was thorough in his explanations…) and meeting Kyle, the waiter at Hearsay On The Green.Show More

Breakfast was good as expected (Great) at Embassy Suites. The staff was very friendly at this location, and the hotel was very clean. Any issues were addressed during and after my stay. I would recommend this hotel and would choose it again if in the area.Show More
