We reserved two hotel rooms, we asked to be next to each other, which they did, we paid for a deluxe city view. In one of the rooms, it was dirty. We called down and they put us down the hall away from our other family in a pool view. This room was a little cleaner, you could tell it wasn’t cleaned all the way because there was a mini alcohol bottle lid on the floor, with some dirt on the floor. They told us they would move us back to the other room close to my family after it was clean. We made plans to go on tours, so we didn’t know what time we could change rooms. They told us that when it was convenient we could change rooms. We didn’t get back to 5pm, and we had another tour scheduled at 6pm, that left us a little time to switch rooms. When we went to get the key to the other room, the room had already been given to another person. All they could say is sorry and it was a new person and they would retrain them. We asked about our view we paid for and being close to our family and the said they would change both of our rooms to pool view rooms, close to each other. Before I could agree, they switch our rooms. We had less than a hour to switch our room and the other room which had my parents in, they were all unpacked, so instead of being able to relax we had to get everything moved to a different floor and we lost our view. The next day I received a text asking how my hotel experience was and I put a 1, they called later and all they could offer was 3000 points and breakfast vouchers for one day. Which to me it didn’t make up for loosing our city view and switching rooms. Also, if you have to eat gluten free, there is barely anything that you can eat there. Then the last day, I woke up to a bill from the grill showing a 130 dollar charge to my room. I went downstairs to tell them it wasn’t my charge because we only ate there two times, one time we spent 40-50 dollars and we used our credit card and didn’t charge our room. The second time was the breakfast, because we had the vouchers. They took care of it. Then later in the afternoon after I checked out and was about to board my plane, I received another bill for a charge for the grill for 72 dollars. I called the next morning and they said they would look into it. The charge happened, while I was touring the capitol building. This hotel is incompetent. I would not recommend. Watch your credit card, to make sure you aren’t charged for eating at the grill when you don’t!Show More
