The dining area was spacious and there were plenty of seating options. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the option to choose between a soft or more firm pillow. The spaciousness of the room and ADA details throughout the room and bathroom were especially helpful with my son who is disabled and utilizes a wheelchair. The bench in the room was a great feature as well. The front desk staff and those that worked in the breakfast area were really nice and helpful! Show More

The hotel itself was very clean, and the maid service was attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. This caused me to alter my plans for a particular engagement that I had planned. The hotel is located in the worst area of L.A. Homeless,drunks and drugged up people all around hotel. I did not get much sleep, sirens and people screaming all through the night.The Hotel is clean but in a very bad area. I will not stay here ever again.Show More
