Holiday Inn Resort, Orlando We recently stayed here in October as a family of four, using the hotel primarily as a base for visiting the Disney Parks. We were thoroughly impressed and would strongly consider returning due to the fantastic location and reasonable price point. Location & Transport: 5/5 The hotel's location is truly excellent for accessing all the Disney Parks. We utilized the complimentary shuttle service a few times, but mostly relied on Uber, finding the prices to be very good given the proximity to the parks. Important Safety Note: The hotel is located close to a busy, multi-lane road, so families need to exercise caution and consider safety when walking in the area. The surrounding area offers fantastic dining options within a very short distance, which was incredibly convenient: - A steakhouse right next door. - A Waffle House and McDonald's just up the road. - A Chick-fil-A that we would highly recommend! Hotel & Facilities: 4/5 The hotel itself is really nice. The lobby is clearly well looked after and clean, giving a great first impression. The Applebee's on-site was handy for a quick breakfast before heading out. The pool area was clean, though the main pool was a little cold at times (which we believe was in the process of being fixed). The only significant disappointment was that the hot tubs were out of action during our stay—these would have been extremely welcome after long days walking around the theme parks! Staff & Service: 5/5 A special mention must go to the daytime staff who were running activities. They were excellent with our two boys (ages 8 and 9) and really helped make their non-park time enjoyable. Room Comfort: 5/5 The room was just the right size for our family of four. We found the beds to be really comfortable, which is essential after a full day at the parks! The amenities were great, including a refrigerator and microwave, decent shower, and tea/coffee making facilities. The TV choice was also good for winding down in the evenings. Overall If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly-located hotel with reasonable prices to serve as your hub for a Disney trip, I would highly recommend this property.Show More

From check-in to check-out, everything about this hotel is top-notch. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about making your stay great. They always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you could ask for — and they’re always incredibly clean, which is a huge plus. You can really tell the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable — right by Disney Springs and close to all the major attractions. But what really sets this hotel apart is the quality and consistency. I’ve stayed at some of the nearby hotels in the same area, and none of them come close in terms of service, cleanliness, or overall experience. Whether you’re visiting for Disney, business, or just a getaway, this Holiday Inn Resort has become my go-to spot in Orlando. Can’t wait to come back again soon!Show More

This day we had a couple challenges because our room initially had a door issue which they were super accommodating and moved us to a room on the same level. Then unfortunately, we had some plumbing issues in our current room, but Fabian who works at the hotel with the extra mile in, contacted us ahead of time even when we were in a busy park. Not only did he move us with comfort, but we ended up being moved to a better room in a suite and needless to say we will continue to keep coming back here because of the service we constantly receive. Thank you to the Holiday Inn, and especially Fabian for always being professional and accommodating. Fabian is a rockstar and hopefully he deserves many more acknowledgment.Show More

Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les parcs d'attraction : à mi chemin entre Universal studio et Disney world et à proximité immédiate avec Disney Springs. Des machines à laver et des sèches linges sont à disposition à chaque étage, ce qui permet de repartir sur les routes avec l'ensemble du linge propre et ce n'est pas négligeable lorsque l'on est en road trip en famille.Show More
