She acknowledged th...I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member - as such I checked in online requesting a high floor and daily house keeping. When we arrived I asked for the keys and confirmed we had a car to park. She acknowledged the car and gave us two keys. We went to the room to find it was on the lowest floor, beside the vending and ice machines, and outside our room was open to the downstairs main entrance as well as a large seating area to ‘hang out’. We had a view of the roof and a/c equipment! I am temporarily disabled with a broken foot so decided not to return to the desk and complain - the hotel has a high rating therefore it would be okay? Wrong! We got very little sleep as we could hear people all night either checking in ( and checking out the acoustics by shouting in the front area) or children running around excited to be on vacation. The next day we go out and about from 9am to 3pm only to find they haven’t registered us for the requested daily cleaning so bed wasn’t made and no fresh towels. Making the bed is difficult as I cannot put weight on one foot but I was too physically exhausted to sit and wait for them to disturb me to do it. They also forgot to activate our room card for the car, so on leaving and entering we had to block the car park waiting for them to answer the call to open the barrier. Last night was even worse for noise. Kids running and screaming but not sure whether from entrance or on our floor? Yes, I complained to the front desk, not much help. I’ve written to Marriott - received the usual response ‘we will review your complaint’. As a result I decided to ‘review’ the hotel. I will not return to this hotel and I am rethinking my accommodation needs with Marriott . I’ve just spent $500 for two nights of no sleep and none of the little niceties like daily housekeeping! Disgusted!show more

The location is fantastic — there are plenty of places within walking distance, from cozy coffee shops to great restaurants. Parking options are convenient too, with both valet and self-serve available. The surrounding area is nice for a walk, and the hotel’s pool and outdoor fireplace area are perfect for relaxing. Overall, an excellent stay — definitely recommend this hotel!show more

I would like to commend the following folks for making my stays great: Anthi - who always greets me with a smile and does a fantastic job keeping the Lounge stocked and clean!
