The room smelled like mold and cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The sheets were stained, dirty and I found hair in the shower that wasn’t mine. You can not flush the toilet. And aslo looks like never cleaned. And smaller cocroch everywhere. The staff didn’t seem to care when I complained. Never coming here again! Poor Service & Management. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Check-in took almost an hour, and when I finally got to my room, it wasn’t even cleaned. No apology, no refund, no solution. Management clearly doesn’t care about customers. Show More
