One of the biggest highlights for us was the remarkable breakfast spread. After travelling across Italy, this was the first time we found such a generous selection of warm vegetarian options, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented. It felt like the hotel had genuinely considered different dietary needs, and we appreciated every bit of it.
The staff at Hotel Berna deserve special mention. They were professional, efficient, and consistently helpful—the kind of team that anticipates what you need before you even think to ask. Whether it was at the reception, in the breakfast room, or housekeeping, every interaction radiated warmth and competence.
The location is another major advantage. Being in close proximity to Milano Centrale, the hotel made it incredibly convenient for us to arrive, depart, and explore the city with ease. Whether catching trains or using the metro, everything was just a short walk away.
Our room was comfortable, spotless, and perfect for a restful stay after busy days in the city. The hotel’s attention to detail—large and small—made it clear that guest comfort is their priority.
