We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it so much we returned again. The location is excellent, with a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is only a 5 minut...We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it so much we returned again. The location is excellent, with a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop (No 1, 9 and 33). It is near the park through which you can also walk into the city centre (about 15 min walk). The reception desk is always manned and the staff are excellent. There is a nice cosy bar and the entrance lobby is nicely furnished. The room was spacious and as ours was facing the inner courtyard it was very quiet. The room windows have roller shutters so there is no light pollution at night. The bed was large and super comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower and was spacious, modern and well lit. Since our last stay a few years ago the corridors leading to the rooms and the door access system have been modernised and look stylish and modern. When in Milan this would be our preferred hotel each time. Now with the metro extension to Linate airport (Line M4) it is quick and easy to get from the airport to the hotel (under 30 minutes). Take the M4 metro from Linate airport and get off at Tricolore. At street level take the number 9 tram towards Central Railway Station and alight at Viale Vittorio Veneto (the next stop after Porta Venezia). The hotel is about a 5 minute walk down the road from the tram stop.Show More

Would not recommend this Hotel, was given a room right next to reception and could hear them talking very loudly, breakfast was nice but the guy who was on in the morning was not very nice very rude, ...Would not recommend this Hotel, was given a room right next to reception and could hear them talking very loudly, breakfast was nice but the guy who was on in the morning was not very nice very rude, and the barman on the Saturday night didn’t even want to serve us he was to busy talking to the reception guy had to ask him if he would come and serve us , we where a party of 5 and I took my granddaughter for her 21st which we did have a great time in Milan shopping and had great food at lovely restaurant near by , but the room where not up to standard carpet was all stained the blinds where dirty and the bathroom water was brown in the bath , will b back to Milan but not at this hotel.Show More

Check-in / check-out was quick and efficient and the reception staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The bar is warm, welcoming and beautifully decorated.
