From the moment I walked in, the hotel had a fresh, modern, and welcoming vibe. The location couldn’t be better—you’re just minutes away from downtown Charleston, the beaches, and even close enough to enjoy the Christmas parade and fireworks right from the property.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the little details, like the bathroom mirror with a built-in clock and the upgraded outlets that made it easy to charge multiple devices at once. The bed was cozy, and everything about the space felt fresh and relaxing.
The food was excellent—healthy, fresh ingredients with a nice variety of options, and the drinks at the bar were mixed just right (not too light-handed or heavy-handed). Around the holidays, the hotel was decorated so charmingly: tiny Santa hats on alligator statues, infused water served in giant Christmas-ornament bowls, and hot cocoa and apple cider stations that made it feel festive and special.
The outdoor pool area was another highlight. Even in cooler weather, it was comfortable thanks to heaters, and it had fun games to enjoy. The infinity-style pool was beautiful to look at and made the whole space feel like a little oasis.
What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were genuinely kind, attentive, and made me feel cared for. With the combination of style, comfort, and thoughtful details, this hotel truly made my trip special. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Charleston area.Show More
