However, the lady said our room was ready, and you can check in already. She also upgraded our room from Superior to Junior Suite, which was unexpected (so thank you! I have forgotten her name 🤦‍♀️). ~ Breakfast - i really enjoyed it. Variety of food from hot to cold (cereal to toast and spreads, to pancakes to eggs, bacon, sausage - that was really tasty!! To a variety of fruits. To even desserts! The doughnut and the filling was yummy and waffles, etc.) ~ The Mini Bar in our room, which normally the hotels I stay in, they charge when taken item out. It was free!! :) Thank you for the complimentary gifts. Much appreciated 🥰😍 If I come back to Lisbon, I will definitely stay here at Santa Justa :) Also, I'll recommend it to friends & family 🙌💯Show More

Even though we were early our room was upgraded and ready. While at check in we arranged a shuttle to the airport and a fantastic tour to Sintra. Nadia couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was big, clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great area. Walk out and everything is at your beckoned call. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant where we had dinner the first night. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great and the bread was hot out of the oven. Pick up to the airport was right on time. Would definitely stay here again.Show More

The minibar is being refilled every day with different selections (beer, coca cola, still water, sparkling water, juice) and it’s free. In addition we got a welcomed snacks + wine, and almost every afternoon, there are complimentary from macaroons, chocolate, and wines. You get the most of the value of your money. I’d stay here again if I visit Lisboa.Show More
