The experience is just wonderful as it was during our previous stays. The warm welcoming of the staff, the smiling & excellent service, It feels like returning home for us and I guess that's saying all 😊. Fabolous hotel in an excellent central location at the center of Lisbon, the heart of Lisboa, near Avenida de Liberdade. This was our 8th visit to Lisbon, so we know a little about the location, the neighborhood and its Advantages😊. The staff members were wonderful, helpful, friendly, always with a smile and good will, whether it is the workers at reception, breakfast room or the Concierge. Thanks a lot to lovely Rita and Telma from the breakfast room, Thanks a lot to charming Esti and Caleb from reception and very special thanks to wonderful Cheila !! Thank to them we had a very pleasant stay, once again. The rooms were spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. We really liked our breakfasts at the hotel : Nice breakfast room, a very high standard of service and above all - Great, tasty, fresh, varied and rich breakfast, a real Gem. Excellent breakfast made with high-quality, fresh & delicious ingredients, efficiently served with smile and pleasantry. To sum the review – 10 of 10 from us.
