The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, modern, and immaculately kept. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service. From the gentleman at the door who warmly greeted us and helped with our bags, to the front desk attendant who made both check-in and check-out seamless, every interaction felt genuine and attentive. A small but thoughtful touch we really appreciated: they provided umbrellas for us on a rainy day. It’s those kinds of details that make a hotel stand out. The location is another huge plus—set in a gorgeous area of Lisbon, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and sights. We would absolutely stay here again.
