The staff were absolutely delightful from the moment of checking in, at which point I was greeted with a glass of prosecco. The room was even better than it seemed on the advert: clean, tidy, and tast...The staff were absolutely delightful from the moment of checking in, at which point I was greeted with a glass of prosecco. The room was even better than it seemed on the advert: clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated with lot of thoughtful little quirks, like the Marshall amp bluetooth speaker. I wanted to hire a car, and was assisted in doing so by the staff at front reception who organised the whole thing on my behalf, allowing me to zip around the island for a day and get back to Palma for the evening. There was live music in the restaurant on the Tuesday evening, which I was informed about directly by a note under my room door. What a great night it was, too! The best thing about MHouse Boutique, though, is the location. Right in the heart of Palma's Old Town, this really is the ideal spot for a city break. I'll definitely stay here again. Absolutely exemplary service all round - this beats Airbnb any day of the week.Show More
